The surrounding area is serene and perfect for relaxing walks under olive and cypress trees, with organized nature trails nearby. The villa itself is designed for comfort and tranquility, with a spacious courtyard, two outdoor dining areas offering shade throughout the day, and a barbecue for al fresco meals. A gentle breeze from the hills and a quiet natural setting make it a true retreat. Accommodates up to 10 guests.

Ground Floor: • Bedroom 1 (12 m²): King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), bedside tables, wooden wardrobe, and shoe cabinet.
- Bedroom 2 (Children’s Room) (14 m²): Two single beds and a sofa bed (sleeps 3 total), bookcase, wardrobe, and bedside table.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Fully equipped kitchen with all essentials.
- Open-plan living and dining room, modernly decorated, connected to the kitchen, with Smart TV and free Wi-Fi.
First floor (50 m²):
- Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), bedside tables.
- Sofa bed (sleeps 2).
- Fireplace, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with wooden furniture and panoramic views.
Outdoor Area:
- Large courtyard with plenty of space to relax.
- Two dining areas to enjoy meals in sun or shade throughout the day.
- Comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing or stargazing—often under one of the clearest skies you’ll ever see.
- Built-in barbecue for outdoor cooking.

Welcome my dear guests. My name is Katerina and I am the owner of the property. My cousin Marie-Louise or her daughter Elena, will forward you the keys and give you all the needed information for a pleasant stay. Here are some guides that will help you to find the house easily. Road description from airport to Kamara village: When coming out from the airport to the main road, turn left and you keep going straight for about 6,9 kilometers. Then you turn right following the signs to Kastellani and Sinarrades. From now on you will not use the indicator to turn anywhere until you come to a sign saying Kamara- Alepochori. Turn left into the smaller road that will lead you to Kamara village. Pass the tiny little square with the church. 50 meter from the square you will find a parking lot on your left hand side. Park the vehicle there and the house is just opposite. It is the dark peach color house, on the corner, with the green door. (Leaving the airport you will pass by Vrioni. Millia, Koinopiastes just follow the road ahead which got a few bends until you see the sign Kamara- Alepochori.)
