The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail, with walls colored softly in dove white, marble and greige Italian tiles, and a natural wooden floor. The bed is from Elite Strom’s high-end hotel collection and is covered with modern ecological fabric. The mattress is a “Sealy Vermont,” a well-known international brand that produces high-quality mattresses to ensure a good night’s sleep. Hypoallergenic pillows and linens are provided. The lighting has been designed and provided by Bright S.A., a leading European manufacturing company in the lighting industry. The bedside lighting has a 3-scale dimmer, offering different light ambiances according to one’s needs. Original paintings decorate the walls, and there are several books that our guests might find interesting. The kitchen There are 2 coffee machines (one for espresso and one for Americano), a microwave oven, a 4-burner stove, an oven, a built-in washing machine, a toaster, a sandwich maker, a water boiler, an electric shaker, a large refrigerator, and all the amenities of a fully equipped kitchen. The tap water is drinkable. The bathroom An elegant, modern space offering the sense of a spa. The bathroom products, carefully selected use pure olive oil. Towels in two sizes and a hair dryer are provided.

KK Athens Fine Stay is a stylish gem, an elegant and cozy apartment that I just renovated and refurbished with care and love, at the neighborhood where I grew up -the safe and peaceful area of Agios IOANNIS -, at the center of Athens. It is 2 minutes walk from Agios IOANNIS Metro station, which adds value to the already privileged location of the property due to its central position and vicinity to all the major city attractions.
